Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients

1 fully cooked boneless smoked ham pre-sliced (2-3 lbs)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp pineapple juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt

Directions

Combine brown sugar, cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, cayenne & salt in a small bowl. Whisk to combine & set aside.

Set air fryer to 320°F for 35 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Place ham on a large piece of foil.

Drizzle about 1/4 of the glaze over the ham.

Close the foil around the ham to completely cover.

Place ham into the preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Remove the air fryer basket & carefully open just the top of the foil around the ham.

Brush the ham with more glaze, recover & cook another 5 minutes.

Repeat the last step another 3-4 times (with a total cooking time of 15-20 minutes after the initial 15 minutes in step 6).

Take care to not dry out the ham – making sure to recover each time you cook.

Remove & allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer Churros

Air fryer churros fried to golden perfection make a delicious dessert for your next Mexican-themed fiesta! Freshly baked and coated with cinnamon-sugar, this easy air fryer dessert is muy delicioso.

Ingredients

1 cup water
cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
2 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Oil spray
Cinnamon-sugar Coating
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Put a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet and spray with oil spray.

In a medium saucepan add water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add flour to the saucepan. Stirring constantly with a rubber spatula cook until the dough comes together and is smooth.

Remove from heat and transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Let cool for 4 minutes.

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer until dough comes together. The mixture will look like gluey mashed potatoes. Use your hands to press lumps together into a ball and transfer to a large piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped tip.

Pipe churros onto the greased baking mat, into 4-inch lengths and cut end with scissors.

Refrigerate piped churros on the baking sheet for 1 hour.

Set air fryer to 375°F | 191°C for 12 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Carefully transfer churros into the preheated air fryer with a cookie spatula, leaving about 1/2-inch space between churros. Spray churros with oil spray. Depending on the size of your air fryer you have to fry them in batches.

Cook for 10-12 minutes at 375°F | 191°C until golden brown.

In a shallow bowl combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Immediately transfer baked churros to the bowl with the sugar mixture and toss to coat. Working in batches. Serve warm with Nutella or chocolate dipping sauce.

Corn on the Cob

The staple of every classic American cookout. This recipe will give you sweet and crisp corn on the cob, made in the air fryer, in under 10 minutes. Ready. Set. Go!

Ingredients

4 ears of corn, husked and trimmed
Nonstick cooking spray
Salt and pepper, to taste
Butter, to taste

Directions

Set air fryer to 400°F | 205°C for 10 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Spray ears of corn with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.

Place corn into the preheated air fryer.

Cook for corn for 10 minutes at 400°F | 205°C, flipping halfway through cook time.

Butter corn and enjoy!

Barbecue Chicken

Barbecue chicken is now easy to make indoors and all year round when you use an air fryer. Coat chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cook in the air fryer. Then, slather in barbecue sauce and cook for a few minutes more to produce a barbecue chicken that tastes like you cooked it on the grill. Serve alongside your favorite vegetables, baked beans, rice, or salad… the options are endless.

Ingredients

1 whole (4lb) chicken, cut into thigh, leg, and breast pieces
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ tsp smoked paprika
1 ¼ tsp garlic powder
1 ¼ cups barbecue sauce

Directions

Set air fryer to 375°F | 191°C for 21 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Coat chicken pieces in salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

Place chicken skin side down into the preheated air fryer. Cook for 18 minutes at 375°F | 191°C until golden brown.

Transfer chicken to a plate and brush all over with barbecue sauce. Wipe chicken fat out of air fryer basket to prevent excess smoking.

Return chicken to air fryer basket, skin-side up, and cook at 350°F | 191°C for the remaining 3 minute timer.

Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

1 rack of baby back ribs, cut into sections
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp brown sugar

Directions

Pat the ribs dry with kitchen paper towel then rub all over oil and liquid smoke.

Set air fryer to 400°F | 205°C for 20 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Mix all the ingredients for seasoning together. Season the ribs with the spices.

Cut the rack of ribs into sections 4-5 ribs to fit the air fryer.

Place ribs into the preheated air fryer and cook for 20-40 minutes at 400°F | 205°C until done. Cook time will depend on rib thickness and quantity.

Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Sweet and tart balsamic vinegar pairs well with the bitterness of Brussels sprouts; the bacon adds a nice smokey flavor. After 10 minutes, there’s still some bite to the sprouts; add a few more minutes for a softer texture, if desired.

1 tsp avocado oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
10 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp crumbled cooked bacon (optional)

Directions

Set air fryer to 350°F | 177°C for 10 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Combine oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add Brussels sprouts and turn to coat.

Place Brussels sprouts into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 350°F | 177°C. Shake basket after the first 5 minutes.

Transfer sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar; turn to coat. Sprinkle with bacon.

Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes
2 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried dill weed

Directions

Set air fryer to 400°F | 205°C for 15 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Toss sweet potato, bacon, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and dill in a large bowl.

Place mixture into the preheated air fryer.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 400°F | 205°C. Shake basket after the first 10 minutes.

Chicken Taquitos

Like regular taquitos, just healthier. Easy to make and guaranteed to be a hit. You’ll love these!

Ingredients

1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped green chiles (such as Ortega®)
2 tbsp Mexican-style hot tomato sauce (such as El Pato®)
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
2 tbsp Neufchatel cheese
½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
6 corn tortillas
Avocado oil cooking spray

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and cook until soft and translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add green chiles and Mexican tomato sauce; stir to combine. Add chicken, Neufchatel cheese, and Mexican cheese blend. Cook and stir until cheeses have melted and mixture is completely warmed, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat tortillas in a skillet or directly on the grates of a gas stove until soft and pliable. Place 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold over and roll into taquitos.

Set air fryer to 400ºF | 200ºC for 14 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Place taquitos into the preheated air fryer at 400ºF | 200ºC. Make sure taquitos are not touching, and mist with avocado oil. Cook in batches if necessary. After 6-9 minutes, turn taquitos over, mist with avocado oil, and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Air Fried Oreos

Yes, we’re well aware that the perception of air fried foods is that they’re supposed to be healthy. But did you know you can also indulge in unhealthy foods every once in a while? And your air fryer is the perfect appliance to make them. Oreos come in a bajillion different flavors meaning there are tons of variations for your taste buds to enjoy.

Ingredients

8 oz tube Crescent rolls
8 Oreos
Milk for dunking
Powdered sugar for garnish

Directions

Cut roll of Crescent rolls into 8 sections.

Roll one section into a ball and then flatten it on a nonstick surface into an oval shape.

Dip one Oreo in the milk quickly.

Place Oreo on flattened dough and fold ends around, covering the Oreo. Make sure all seams are sealed completely. Repeat for remaining Oreos.

Set air fryer to 375ºF | 190ºC for 4 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Place 4 Oreos into the preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 375ºF | 190ºC or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Repeat steps for remaining Oreos.

French Toast Sticks

Regular French Toast was so 2013. It’s about time you forget the forks and take a walk on the slender side with finger-friendly French Toast Sticks. All that’s missing from this breakfast party is a few fresh berry buoys and a warm maple syrup plunge pool. Dip. Dunk. Repeat.

Ingredients

4 slices of Brioche bread, 1 1/2 inches thick
2 large eggs
¼ cup of milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Nonstick cooking spray
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Maple syrup for serving
Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

Cut each slice of bread into thirds, making 12 pieces. Set aside.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Set air fryer to 350°F | 175°C for 10 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and place into the Air Fryer once preheating has completed. Spray the French Toast Sticks with cooking spray.

Cook the French Toast sticks for 10 minutes at 350°F | 175°C. Flip the sticks halfway through cooking.

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Set aside.

Coat the French Toast Sticks in the cinnamon sugar mixture when cooking has completed.

Serve with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
