Perfect Salmon

Look at that beautiful flaking of the salmon after being in the air fryer, it’s absolutely perfect. Bravo, you've done it again.

 2 salmon fillets, 1 1/2 inches thick
 2 tsp olive oil
 2 tsp paprika
 Kosher salt
 Freshly ground black pepper
 Lemon wedges

Remove any bones from your salmon if necessary and let fish sit at room temperature for an hour. Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with paprika, salt and pepper.

Set air fryer to 390°F | 199°C for 7 minutes to start the preheating cycle.

Place fillets in the basket of the preheated air fryer. Cook at 390°F | 199°C for 7 minutes.
