Sweet and tart balsamic vinegar pairs well with the bitterness of Brussels sprouts; the bacon adds a nice smokey flavor. After 10 minutes, there's still some bite to the sprouts; add a few more minutes for a softer texture, if desired.
1 tsp avocado oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
10 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
1
Set air fryer to 350°F | 177°C for 10 minutes to start the preheating cycle.
2
Combine oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add Brussels sprouts and turn to coat.
3
Place Brussels sprouts into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 350°F | 177°C. Shake basket after the first 5 minutes.
4
Transfer sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar; turn to coat. Sprinkle with bacon.
